California Baskets Co. offers shipping options to both US and Canada. Currently, we do not ship international.  We commonly use FedEX and UPS for our delivery services, but during extreme busy holiday seasons we may use USPS or DHL. That information will be provided to you via your tracking number. 

All orders for US ships out of our Fullerton, California warehouse location.

Below is our delivery "expected timeframe" map when ordering Ground as your shipping option.

Note: Orders do take longer to ship during busy Holiday season (November - December) due to overwhelming orders and carriers being overwhelmed on high volume shipments. We strongly advise ordering early, or selecting a faster shipping option in the month of December to assure your gifts arrive in a timely manner to the recipient.

US Shipping Information

U.S. Shipping Cut Off Times

• Orders received before 1:00 PM PST Monday through Friday will ship that same day or on your requested future shipping date. There are a few exceptions indicated when you are selecting a delivery date.
• Orders received after 1:00 PM PST unless otherwise stated will ship the following business day.
• Orders placed after the shipping cut-offs may still arrive on time, depending on your state/delivery location. You will be presented with a calendar as you select each gift and recipient; this calendar will give you an exact delivery date for that location.
• We will deliver your order by the time promised, using the most effective delivery services available. Adverse conditions can sometimes affect holiday shipments, we may need to ship your order early to guarantee on-time delivery.

U.S. Wine States

Many of our gift baskets may contain wine. There are some states where local laws prohibit us from shipping.

International Delivery

California Baskets Co® delivers to all 50 United States. We currently do not ship to APO - FPO Boxes or foreign addresses.

We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska, but please be aware there is an added $19.95 to the listed shipping price.

Shipments to Canada

We now ship selected baskets to Canada using FedEx delivery service from our Canadian warehouse in Kelowna, BC. You will find a good selection of gourmet food and Canadian wine gift baskets by clicking on the Canadian flag link at the bottom of every page.

Delivery Service Delays

If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.) please add an additional 1 to 5 days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
